Pittsburgh Mailing accepts the following data file formats:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access
- Database Format (DBF)
Pittsburgh Mailing also accepts the following
comma-delimited file formats. A comma-delimited file is a format where
each piece of data is separated by a comma, which allows for easy exporting
and importing.
- Delimited files with carriage return line feed (CRLF)
- Flat files (every record contains the same number of bytes and
has no CRLF)
- Fixed fielded files (each field has a fixed size and has a CRLF
as a record separator)
